Class Description
Yoga Basics: Basic introductory course for students new to yoga. A slower-paced practice, learn foundation postures and use of props. Emphasis on standing postures to build strength, includes seated postures, preliminary backbends and twists. Learn and practice Viparita Karani (supported inversion).

Level I: This class is for beginners. Builds on the Yoga Basics course by refining and adding postures. Includes an introduction to Salamba Sarvangasana (supported shoulder stand at the wall).
See when LEVEL I is offered
Level I-II: This class is a bridge between beginner and intermediate practice. Learn and practice classical Surya Namaskar (sun salutation), Urdhva Dhanurasana (backbend), Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) without the wall, and Sirsasana (headstand). A moving practice!

Level II: This is an intermediate level class for experienced students. A strong moving Vinyasa practice! Learn and practice Urdhva Dhanurasana (backbend) and various Inversions.

Relax & Renew: An all-levels meditative class of calming, quieting poses and long holds, designed to help you unwind from your day.

Slow Flow: A slow vinyasa practice that connects movement to breath in an intentional sequence of yoga poses. Transitions will be mindful and poses held longer. Restorative postures, breathwork, and meditation incorporated into each class. All levels welcome.

Pilates: Pilates focuses on honing well-balanced muscular development and full-body integration. Using simple and low-impact exercises based on movement and breath, Pilates is a healthy way to improve overall strength and stability.
